“A More Excellent Way” Marriage Retreat

Join us for a closer look at your vocation in marriage and rediscover God’s love and joy in your life as husband and wife.

The Alexander House has been working with married couples for over 15 years helping them discover God’s plan for their marriage.  It is in God’ plan that “…therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife, and they shall become one flesh” (Gen 2:24).  It is in this sacramental union that a man and woman become husband and wife.  It is through this marriage that God will bring the joy, courage, strength and love to this husband and wife.  God will give us the faith that we need to remain firm in His love.  The hope that we need to look at our world and know we are in the palm of His hand.  God will give us the love that we need for each other and for our children; the love that sustains, encourages, forgives and never gives up.  This is the love that only God our Lord can give us.

We invite you to join us to discover God’s love for you in your marriage at our first “A More Excellent Way” Marriage Retreat!

• Location:  Cordi Marian Retreat Center, 116254 W FM 471, San Antonio, Texas, 78253
• Cost:   $300 per couple, room and meals are included.

This will be an intimate event and we will host only 30 couples.  The Retreat will start Thursday, January 5,  at 6 p.m. and will conclude on Saturday, January 7, at 8 p.m.
